To Share a Prayer Request

The form below is one way to share prayer requests.  If you indicate it as confidential, your request will only be seen by the pastors, elders and staff.  If you mark it as public,  then we will add it to our public prayer list which is sent out to many of our members.

If you would like to sign up to receive the weekly public prayer list, simply mention it on the form. Please include your contact info so we can mail or email it you.
